Freelander auto conversion

Hi Guy's, I have a Freelander TD4 manual that I baught new some 8 years ago, due to a medical condition I am forced to change to an automatic. What are the chances to convert my manual to an auto, I am very happy with my car and would not like to part with it, what apart from the box and gearlinks will I have to change?

Johan, it'll be cheaper and easier to sell the manual and get an auto.

Or trade it in on a Freelander2 auto?
