Fuel efficiency

My Classic 1979 Range Rover just got very thirsty for no apparent reason. 2 km/lt. I checked diaphrams and serviced the engine replaced the rotter on the distributor and the leads as well as the coil. The timing was checked and found to be correct. What els.
