VHF Fm Transceiver

I have recently fitted a VHF FM Transceiver in my Landy in preparation for a trip going through Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, Mozambique and then back to South Africa. Can anybody give advice on paperwork/licences required to avoid any unnecessary problems in these countries ?
