Landyonlie Workshop
Can anybody please tell me, for the love of all that's holy, why the LandyOnline workshop closed down? Predtave - perhaps you have some inside info? And can they not at least PLEASE refer us DESPERATE Roodepoort and Krugerdsorp inhabitants of worthwhile local West Rand Indie? I am well and truly GATVOL with all the LR "specialists" out there that don't even know that the Disco 4 V8 has a 5.0 litre as opposed to the 3's 4.4 litre.
Re: Landyonlie Workshop
Cant help , sorry. This forum i actually virtually independant of the business side. It is simply web space that has been set aside by Landyonline for Landy owners to chat . My role is simply to see that members behave acceptably and to regularly delete spam ...Can anybody please tell me, for the love of all that's holy, why the LandyOnline workshop closed down? Thanks for the courtesy of a reply Dave. I am just really quite puzzled as to why a reputable and thriving Indie would close their doors. Perhaps they, in turn, became GATVOL of some customers?
Re: Landyonlie Workshop
This is pure speculation on my part - I suspect that for many entrepreneurs the social/labour climate in the country today must be very unpleasant . To the extent that many businessmen are tempted to simply close the doors...Thanks for the courtesy of a reply Dave. Re: Landyonlie Workshop
Tell me about it Dave. As the owner of my own business I am tempted just about every 6 months to closed down. I'm sure many guys on the forum with their own businesses will agree that South African's (including corporate companies) have no clue what "terms - strictly payable within 30 days" means. Then they have the cheek to get ever more demanding. Well, that's life I suppose.
