Those will work fine. Another option for the gearbox is Castrol BOT402 but as far as I know, Castrol Syntrans 75W90 full synthetic is the same spec. You'll need to convert to 24 spline side shafts yes.

Just make sure that your CV in the swivel doesn't also need to be changed.

Where do you live?

There is a bulkhead removal process which requires a bulkhead replacement support crossmember.

Was used on the Series 3 as well. Pon Steyn is a good option.
