converting a TD5 10p block to an 18p
Can one change a 10p block to a 18p block Im in a dilema with redoing a 10p. I may need a new head and injectors but it works out much cheaper to buy a 18p as injectors are halve the price. Even with a new computer for the 18P. anyone done this or are there lots of other components that are different?

purchasing new injectors
After spending some time in ICU and various tests from fuel pumps to turbos to wiring harnesses the last is installing new injectors. Any ideas about best suppliers. Some of my inquiries all indicate recon injectors. Iv been told to stay away from them. Any contacts would be appreciated

Re: 160 CAN error fault active?
Hello Dave
The error code - 160 - came from a generic computer reader. not a landy specific reader
Spend a grand on injector harness (on landy mechanic advise from George) no change
Telephonic diagnosis = injectors
Grumpy factor soring

160 CAN error fault active?
Anyone know what a 160 CAN error fault active indicates. Sounds like my baby is running on 4 cylinders and suspecting injector harness and or computer harness to block. would still like to know what error reading means. The sensible and cheapest thing would be to replace injector harness. Whats the ...

Spluttering at low revs
Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong. My TD5 is spluttering at low revs. There is no pattern to when it does it. The revs just drop but does not cut out. If i rev it up it goes away only to happen later. Nothing happens at hi revs. Im just wondering if this could be a warning for something to c...

Re: what to look for after possible overheat
Thanks for reply, I was beginning to wonder if there was anyone out there. A bit confused about resetting fan. Will it be set in permanent on and needs to be reset or is there some other clever thing it does. Good idea to have a diagnostics test. Will do that. So far all seems fine. new belt on with...
